SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are shipped from France and are available for worldwide shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and the courier used. While we aim for fast and efficient service, Mötema is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events.
We do not use a fixed shipping carrier. All shipping methods are selected based on efficiency and cost-effectiveness at the time of processing. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout.
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over customs fees, nor can we predict their amount. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary by country. If you refuse a shipment from Mötema, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable) or charged additionally.
