RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. Mötema does not accept returns or refunds. However, exchanges are permitted for customers in France only, under the following conditions:
The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
The customer must contact us within 5 days of delivery.
The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement if stock is available. Exchanges outside France are not possible at this time. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
